I've been baking and decorating cutom cakes for about 5 years now. I have a degree in Math, and a career in Computer Science - and no formal cake decorating training. I have spent the last few years getting creative and making some really neat cakes for friends and family. I love using this as a creative outlet, and take true pride in the results.
