This chocolate roulade (or Roll-up cake) is filled with a light and delicious Chestnut Mousse. It is glazed with a semi-sweet chocolate drizzle and adorned with hand-dipped roasted chestnuts. It may not look like much, but the flavors are rich. This is an excellent Holiday treat.
