This cake is actually a three-layer coffee cake. The typical coffee cake topping is baked in to form the filling inside this cake. It is decorated with vanilla buttercream, and a delicious vanilla fondant relief was hand-carved and hand-painted with edible shimmer and hand-painted dragees.
